3. Subscription and Membership Refunds
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- First Month: Full refund available within 14 days of initial subscription if less than 20% of available content accessed
- Subsequent Months: No refunds for renewal charges; cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund current period
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime; access continues until end of paid period
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
- First 30 Days: Pro-rated refund available minus value of content accessed
- After 30 Days: No refund available; cancellation prevents auto-renewal
- Discounted Pricing: Annual subscriptions offered at discounted rates reflect commitment to full term
4. Specialized Program Refunds
4.1 Holographic Learning Environment Courses
- Standard refund policy applies
- No refunds after attending 2 or more live holographic sessions
- Technical difficulties may warrant exceptions (see Section 7)
4.2 Virtual Reality (VR) Intensive Programs
- Full refund within 7 days if VR equipment incompatibility prevents participation
- 50% refund within 14 days if less than 25% completed
- No refund after 14 days or 25% completion
- Motion sickness alone does not qualify for refund exceptions
4.3 GEO PL Initiative International Programs
- Full refund available up to 30 days before program start date
- 50% refund available 15-29 days before start date
- 25% refund available 7-14 days before start date
- No refund within 7 days of start date
- Once program begins, standard refund policy applies
4.4 Blockchain Credential Courses
- Standard refund policy applies before credential issuance
- Once blockchain credential is issued, no refund available (credentials are permanently recorded)
- Credential issuance typically occurs upon course completion
4.5 AI-Personalized Learning Pathways
- Standard refund policy applies
- Dissatisfaction with AI recommendations alone does not warrant exception
- Technical AI system failures may warrant consideration (see Section 7)
5. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following are NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
5.1 Issued Credentials and Certificates
- Blockchain credentials (permanently recorded)
- Issued certificates of completion
- Academic transcripts
- Professional certifications
5.2 Consumed Services
- Completed courses (100% finished)
- One-on-one tutoring sessions that occurred

- Downloadable content already accessed
5.3 Promotional and Discounted Purchases
- Courses purchased during promotional sales (unless standard eligibility period still applies)
- Bundle packages (individual component refunds not available; entire bundle may qualify based on overall usage)
- Scholarship or grant-funded enrollments
5.4 Third-Party Integrated Services
- External platform fees
- Required textbooks or materials purchased separately
- VR hardware or equipment
6. Special Circumstances and Exceptions
6.1 Medical or Emergency Situations
In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extraordinary circumstances:

- We may offer partial refund, course transfer, or extended access

- Service interruptions over 72 hours: Partial refund or full credit
7.2 Technology Compatibility Issues
- If course requires specific technology not clearly disclosed at purchase, full refund available within 14 days
- If your equipment meets stated requirements but technology fails to work, we will troubleshoot or offer refund
